Energy/Cleaning/Indoor pool
The energy* and cleaning costs,tourist tax* and use indoor pool are included in the rent.
Bedding
You can rent bedding (for cot too) (€11,00 p.p.). Or you can take it by yourself.
Deposit
Reversal of the deposit € 50,- ( after deduction of any costs caused by damage or loss of goods) happen, after checking the bungalow.
Parking
Only parking one car at the bungalow is aloud. Other cars have to be parked in the parking lot at the entrance of the park.
Animation programme
In May, autumn and summer holiday is animation programme for children and adults. A few activities of the last year: read for an hour, crafts, soccer tournament, table tennis, dam tournament, water polo, and a youth night 15+.
Arrival and departure
Arrival and departure is on Friday and Monday. (An agreement is possible about the change day and the times) Arrival between 15.00 and 18.00 o'clock and departure before ten o'clock.
Terms of payment
After receiving the confirmation/invoice, the payment has to be payed in four days. The payment is 25% of the total costs.The remaining amount has to be payed in six weeks before the arrival.For bookings within six weeks before the arrival,the amount has to be payed in one time.The same applies to amounts under € 275,-
cancellation policy
If you cancel, you have to pay cancellation costs. If you cancel before 42 days before the arrival,you have to pay 25% of the total costs.If you cancel within 42 days before your arrival, you have to pay the total costs. We do not offer a cancellation insurance.If wanted, we adise you to cantact your insurance company or bank.

Smoking
If you want to smoke, please smoke outside of the bungalow.
Liability
We are not liable for theft, loss or damaged goods or an accident or injuries of persons, during or as result of stay in the bungalow and/or on the holiday park. We ar not libale for broken devices in the bungalow or on the park too. There should be no tent next to the bungalow.
